"I was about to sell my 19-year-old house. I hired Wayne and his crew initially for power washing of the exterior and painting the total interior; however, based upon his lengthy experience, Wayne pretty much functioned as a General Contractor for the projects that needed to be completed. Wayne's crew completed all painting, power washing, wall repair, window repair and adjustment, lighting fixture installation, piping repair, poly vapor barrier installation within the crawl space area, masonite siding repair and replacement, damaged wood repair and replacement, door knob and door lock replacement, fireplace screen repair and updating, as well as plumbing fixture replacement. Wayne completed all of these projects on time and, in many cases, under budget. He and his crew could always be counted upon to be at the worksite when they were supposed to be with the correct materials/equipment needed, and he always "underpromised and overdelivered" and delighted me with his service.
